Medical case 病例

A female patient, around 30 years old, was experiencing significant life stress and was in her breastfeeding period. Her relationship with her husband was not very good, as he was busy with work and had little time to care for his wife and child. The patient felt unhappy and had a lump in her right breast. This was diagnosed as liver qi stagnation, disharmony of the Chong and Ren meridians, and heat toxin accumulation. Dr. Cai performed acupuncture, targeting points such as Shanzhong (CV17), Rugen (ST18), Qimen (LR14), Jianjing (GB21), and combined with ear apex bloodletting. The lump in the patient's right breast gradually disappeared, and her condition improved. With Dr. Cai's counseling, her emotional state also improved significantly.
